- Experience in the banking domain, with knowledge of RTGS and NEFT payment systems
- Positive understanding of banking transaction flows, payment failures, and reconciliation processes
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Experience using Tivoli for application and infrastructure monitoring
- Proficient in Kibana/ELK for log analysis and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, joins, and database troubleshooting
- Good understanding of Linux commands and server-level troubleshooting
- Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and JIRA
- Familiar with batch processing tools and job monitoring
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
