Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with 6.8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Integrations, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and exposure to Agentforce (Salesforce AI) or other AI capabilities within Salesforce.

The candidate will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications while following best development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components.
- Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) with responsive UI and optimized performance.




- Develop scalable backend logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
- Implement declarative automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and Middleware.
- Implement integrations using OAuth, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and External Services.
- Customize and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities based on business requirements.
- Develop solutions involving Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Knowledge Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, and Entitlements.
- Work on Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Copilot, or Generative AI features.
