Role & responsibilities

- Resolve customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
- Update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience

Preferred candidate profile

- 12th Pass, Undergraduate, or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (03 years) are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Candidates with experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, Non-Voice, Chat Support, Email Support, Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or International/Domestic Process will be preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night).Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
