Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage, and develop health insurance agents/advisors.
- Drive business through the agency channel.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and ensure regular business generation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Conduct training and motivational sessions for advisors.
- Support agents in closing business and resolving customer queries.
Compensation & Benefits.
- Unlimited monthly incentives up to 1 lakh.
- 5,000 monthly travelling allowance.
- Group Medical Coverage (GMC) of 2 lakh.
- Personal Accidental Coverage of 10 lakh.
