We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will lead complex SAP functional solutioning, design recent processes, and drive high-impact customer engagements. You will work independently to architect, configure, and integrate SAP SD solutions while mentoring junior team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Process Design & Configuration: Support SAP integration, process design, evaluation, prototyping, configuration, and data modeling. Provide strategic planning for SAP data integration.
- Implementation & Enhancement: Undertake implementation, testing development, maintenance, and enhancement of software packages and applications utilizing SAP development tools and environments.
- Requirement Gathering: Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and define computer information system scopes and objectives through rigorous research and fact-finding.
- Technical Specifications: Prepare detailed functional specifications from which technical programs will be written; analyze and resolve existing system logic difficulties and maintain SAP SD documentation.
- Collaboration & Solutioning: Assess products and solutions to deliver on customer engagements and collaborate closely with SAP Integration Architects to support overarching business requirements.
- Client & Delivery Management: Understand business processes deeply from the customer's perspective.



Effectively multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously under changing priorities and pressures.
- Leadership: Work self-directed and independently; act as a subject matter mentor to junior team members.

Pre-requisites & Core Technical Skills:

- Extensive SD Experience: Deep expertise as an SAP SD Functional Consultant with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of focused experience.
- Implementation Track Record: Must have successfully delivered at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects.
- System Design & Interfacing: Strong background in designing, developing, and interfacing with SAP data targets, extractors, and adhering to ASAP methodology.
- Advanced SD Customization: Hands-on experience in customization of SAP SD business processes, including:

- Master Data, Pricing Procedure, and Condition Techniques
- Partner / Output / Shipping Determinations
- Interfaces, System Integration, and high proficiency with IDOCs
- Indian taxation localization (GST)

- Cross-Module Knowledge: Solid integration understanding with cross-functional modules, specifically SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP FI (Financial Accounting).
- Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to work in a team environment, effectively interact with users, work at customer premises, and demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

- Experience working on Retail Projects.
- Functional knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Basic understanding or technical knowledge of SAP ABAP (debugging/code analysis).
- Prior experience with E-commerce / Omni-Channel Sales setups.
- Basic understanding of core accounting business processes.
