Job Title: Brand Relationship Manager (BRM)

Experience Required: 15 years
Qualification: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/BE preferred)

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in industrial/mechanical products such as bearings, shaft alignment products, or related solutions will be preferred. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in any mechanical product sales are also welcome.

Role Overview

The Brand Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing brand operations, supporting regional sales teams, strengthening relationships with principal brands, and driving business growth. The role requires strong commercial understanding, technical knowledge, customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve sales, profitability, and inventory management objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties





- Assist the Brand Head in managing and growing respective brand sales within the assigned region.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive brand-related sales activities.
- Ensure achievement of purchase targets as mutually agreed between the Brand Head and the regional Principal Brand Team.
- Increase the Count of Customers (COC) for the assigned brand through collaboration with local segment RM teams.
- Generate new business leads through market research, customer interactions, and principal brand engagement.
- Support RM teams in closing high-value quotations and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular product and technical training sessions for segment technical teams and Relationship Managers to enhance selling capabilities.
- Ensure achievement of Gross Profit (GP) targets for the assigned brand.
- Monitor and improve inventory turnover as per company-defined targets for local warehouse stock.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with principal brand teams and represent VISL effectively.
- Develop strong commercial strategies to balance sales growth, profitability, and inventory management.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with local principal brand teams, ensuring they view the BRM as an extension of their team within VISL.
- Address customer concerns and complaints effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
