Job Title: Field Expert Digital Payments

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Field Expert with deep expertise in the Indian Digital Payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge across card payments, UPI, digital wallets, issuing, and fintech. This role will support business growth by identifying market opportunities, driving go-to-market strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze trends in the Indian payments ecosystem, including Cards, UPI, Digital Wallets, and emerging payment technologies.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support business growth and product positioning.
- Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and opportunity mapping.
- Partner with sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Support product localization and contribute to the launch of new payment solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, fintech companies, payment networks, regulators, and industry partners.




- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify current business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments impacting the payments industry in India.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1015 years of experience in the Indian Payments or FinTech industry.
- Strong understanding of Card Payments, UPI, Digital Wallets, Payment Ecosystem, Issuing, and Banking Solutions.
- Experience working with banks, payment service providers, fintech companies, or payment networks.
- Knowledge of India's payment regulations and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel within India as required.
