Responsibilities

- Monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) using NMS tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.)
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for network incidents and service requests
- Handle alerts related to routers,



switches, firewalls, and links
- Identify, log, and escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as per SLA
- Perform basic configuration changes under supervision
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and incident reports
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for link-related issues
- Follow SOPs, change management, and security policies
