Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. Roles and Responsibilities: "Role and Responsibilities:Ensuring accurate and timely upload of Leads, Contacts, and Interaction data into client-specific platforms and tools.Work Orchestration and Data hygiene:Fully understand ticketing/request management tool and accurately record updates, data points, timestamps etc. to provide seamless campaign experience to both internal and external stakeholders.Adhere to all Desktop Procedures (DTPs) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) along with checklist and other key process document to carry out all required tasks.Complete all required reports so that accurate numbers are reported to both client and leadership.Mandatory Skills:Perform Lead, Contact, and Interaction uploads into client-specific CRM or proprietary platformsPrepare, validate, and format data using Microsoft Excel based on client-defined templates and business rulesExecute data quality checks pre- and post-upload to ensure accuracy, completeness, and complianceAdhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), SLAs, and governance guidelinesMaintain upload trackers, audit logs, and documentation for operational reportingCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies or clarify upload requirementsEnsure compliance with data privacy, security, and confidentiality standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying data or process gaps"
