## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Senior Operations Executive (FIT)** to manage end-to-end operations for **FIT (Free Independent Traveler) bookings**. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, vendor coordination, itinerary management, booking confirmations, and ensuring smooth customer travel experiences.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle complete **FIT travel operations** for domestic and international packages.

* Manage **hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, and overall trip coordination**.

* Coordinate with **DMCs, hotels, and travel vendors** for smooth booking execution.

* Prepare and verify **travel vouchers, booking confirmations, and final travel documents**.

* Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers and customers regarding booking status.

* Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of confirmed bookings.

* Resolve operational issues and provide quick solutions for travel-related concerns.

* Monitor booking accuracy and maintain proper travel records in the system.





* Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors.

* Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering seamless travel experiences.

* Manage customer escalations and support during travel journeys.

* Work on cost optimisation while maintaining service quality.

## Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of **FIT Operations in Travel Industry**.

* Experience in handling **international and domestic travel packages**.

* Valuable understanding of **hotel coordination, itinerary planning, and vendor management**.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently.

* Problem-solving and customer service orientation.

## Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Certification/Degree in Travel & Tourism will be preferred.

Experience

4 to 8+ years of experience in Travel Operations with strong exposure to FIT Operations

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience in handling customised travel packages.

* Strong coordination and operational management skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment.

* Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
