- Experience : 3 to 6 Years
- Salary : 15- 18 Lakh PA

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead Finance & Accounts across our Family Office and operating businesses.

The role will be responsible for establishing strong financial processes, building an effective MIS framework, ensuring statutory compliance and creating a single source of truth across all entities. This is a hands-on execution role with a strong process-building orientation.

Key Responsibilities

- Finance & Accounting Operating Businesses
- Own books of accounts and monthly financial closure across all entities
- Oversee accounts payable, receivables, banking and treasury operations
- Manage inventory accounting, costing and profitability analysis
- Prepare monthly P&L;, cash flow and working capital MIS
- Coordinate statutory and tax audits
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, payroll and ROC requirements.

Family Office Finance & MIS





- Maintain consolidated investment records across all entities
- Track valuations, gains/losses, distributions and corporate actions
- Build monthly and quarterly MIS covering asset allocation, liquidity, concentration and cash flows
- Coordinate with banks, custodians, PMS, AIFs, AMCs and advisors.

Tax & Compliance

- Maintain capital gains records
- Coordinate investment taxation, audit and statutory filings
- Support FEMA, ODI and overseas investment reporting requirements.

Process Building

- Create SOPs and approval matrices
- Standardise reporting formats
- Build dashboards and improve automation
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team

REQUIREMENT

- Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
- 3 to 6 years post-qualification experience
- Exposure to Family Office accounting will be an advantage
- Robust Excel, MIS and Tally skills
