- Handle inbound customer calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain quality standards.
- Update customer information in CRM tools.
- Achieve productivity and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance Standards .
*** Eligibility Criteria ***
HSC/ Any Graduate.
Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process or domestic experience with Good communication skills
Excellent spoken English communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
Strong customer handling skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Interview mode:Virtual with in boundary (Mumbai)

Fixed 5 day working
HSC + 6 months CS Experience mandate
*5 days working and Saturday Sunday fixed off*
Need Excellent English Communication
*Shift timing 8am to 5pm fixed shift
*All round will be telephonic*
