We are looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core product team and help build a world-class SaaS solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications.
- Develop high-performance frontend applications using React.js / Next.js.
- Build secure and scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Review existing architecture and recommend technical improvements.
- Improve application performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder to convert product ideas into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, deployments, and production support.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience with React.js / Next.js
- Strong experience with Node.js / Express.js
- PostgreSQL / MySQL
- REST API Development
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS
- Git & Version Control
- AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SES, CloudFront)
- Docker & CI/CD
- Authentication (JWT, OAuth)
- Performance Optimization
- Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Mandatory Requirements

- 7+ years of Full Stack Development experience.




- Experience building at least two B2B SaaS products from development to production.
- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and cloud-based applications.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Candidates with experience in any of the following domains will be preferred:

- ATS
- HRMS
- Payroll
- CRM
- ERP
- Workflow Automation
- Enterprise SaaS Platforms

Experience in HR Tech is an added advantage but is not mandatory.
