Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Experience in the Sheet Metal Industry is Mandatory)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Inspector who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials, in-process production, finished packaging, and supporting quality documentation across elevator fixture manufacturing activities.
The Quality Inspector will conduct physical, visual, and dimensional inspections of raw materials, structural items, filler weights, mechanisms, operators, glass, and other components, while maintaining accurate inspection records and test-certificate documentation.

Job responsibilities:

1. Incoming inspection of Raw Material (Sheets & Structural items) - Physical verification of RM, Dimensional check & Visual inspection and recording observation in inspection report.
2. Incoming inspection of Filler weight - Physical verification, dimensional check, review of test certificate and recording observation in inspection report.
3. Incoming inspection of Mechanism & Operator - Visual inspection, recording of serial no, make etc. in Inspection report.
4. Incoming inspection of Glass - Physical verification,



dimensional check, review of test certificate and recording observation in inspection report.
5. In process inspection & First piece set up approval - Dimensional check and recording observation in inspection report.
6. Pack audit - Record observation in pack audit report.
7. Daily updating SQDCC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Continuity/Customer-related issues) board & NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) board - Board to be updated on daily basis and weekly report to be submitted to MSA with action plan.
8. Documentation part related to QMS (Quality Management System) - Calibration report of instrument, welding machine, stud welding, pressure gauges etc.
9. certificate of Raw material_ SS and designer sheet, machine test certificate, operator and mechanism test certificate, wire rope test certificate, approved order form, GAD etc.
10. Closing NCR by coordinating with customer and internal team. If needed visit site to resolve problem.
11. Reviewing NCR's on weekly basis and submitting monthly report to Management.

Note: Experience in the Sheet Metal Industry is Mandatory
