Position: Customer Support Associate - Airlines Email Process (Non-Voice)

Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months, with extension based on performance)

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 18,000 to 22,000 Take-Home per month
- 3500 Travel allowance
- Performance-based contract extension

- Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests through email support channels.
- Respond to airline-related customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets as defined by the process.
- Document customer interactions and update records appropriately.
- Follow company guidelines and process compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, back-office, or non-voice roles can also apply.




- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts.
- Candidates residing in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai preferred.

Shift Timings

- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM
