- Manage 24x7 production support activities.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and application hosting issues. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management. • Maintain SLA, availability, and performance targets. Security & Compliance
- Implement cloud security best practices. • Manage IAM, RBAC, MFA, Key Vault/KMS, and encryption.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
