Job Description

- Role Purpose

The jobholder will be responsible for processing the Internal Communication data correctly and timely according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. Interact with the Client on a daily basis via agreed interaction model, work on resolving Internal Communication related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date. The role purpose is also to ensure knowledge sharing with other team members and work coordination in the team.

- Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread articles for Internal Communications
- Write copies for branding collaterals like posters, brochures, etc.
- Be able to create video scripts
- Co-ordinate with business units to gather information and craft articles, messages, or newsletters
- Be responsible for managing content and updating the intranet using internal content management tools
- Message and newsletter creation using internal tools
- Writing and editing for marketing collaterals
- Work with and manage internal stakeholders, independently and ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction
- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Designs communication campaigns and events from start to finish
- Secure translations and quality checks
- Schedule and publish content across channels
- Manages logistics and vendors for events.
- Identify and assess opportunities to improve campaigns adoption
- Manage technical setup and implement changes and test improvements
- Offer technical input and feedback on customisations

- Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in Internal Communication




- Knowledge of process specific systems/tools
- Attention to details
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members
- Willingness to work in a complex and dynamic environment
- Ability to influence leaders and guide communication best practices.

- At least 5+ years writing experience and handling of content management systems for publishing on sites like intranets

- Proficiency in English, thorough understanding of both spoken and written language

- Can work independently and self-manage priorities

- Have a sharp eye for detail

- Must be able to work independently and work as part of a team can collaborate efficiently with a larger team

- Can work independently with stakeholders and marketers on content pieces and campaigns

- Robust writing skills - the selected candidate will be writing and editing content on a daily basis

- University degree in English/Comparative Literature (Additional degree in journalism, media studies or related qualification preferred)

- Exposure to a diverse and inclusive work environment

- Ability to muti-task and manage more than one project at a time working under tight deadlines

- Strong organizational and project-management skills

- Should be able to create content for Sharepoint, Email, Viva Engage and other client platforms/systems

- Experienced knowledge of SharePoint content sites, Excel & PowerPoint

Special focus:

- Copywriting/Content writing
- Basic ability of graphic designing on the client dedicated tool
- Basic ability of Video Editing
- Lead conversations with stakeholders
- Conduct webinars globally
- Proficiency in presentations and communication skills
- Out-of-the-box creative thinker who understands the trends and comes up with creative content
- Channel & Digital Expertise as a plus, particularly:
- Knowledge of internal communication platforms: Poppulo, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, newsletters, intranet systems , Brightcove, TriplePlay, 3Play, Stream, Brandforlder, DeepL, Creative Cloud, Slido
