Job Summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Operator to support workplace and infrastructure projects at a client location in Powai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have robust AutoCAD drafting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualification

- Architectural Draftsman / Graduate in Interior Designing

Experience

- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience

Working Hours

- General Shift
- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Key Skills & Requirements

- Sound knowledge of the latest Architectural AutoCAD software.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact extensively with regional stakeholders.




- Expertise in MS Office applications, including:
- MS Project
- MS Word
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Excel

- Ability to prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Good knowledge of civil works will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and update architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to incorporate design changes.
- Maintain drawing records and documentation.
- Support project planning and reporting through presentations and project documentation.
- Assist in site coordination and review of civil and interior work drawings.
