Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput backend services and APIs using C# for global trading platforms.
- Refactor and containerize existing backend applications to facilitate seamless cloud deployment on Azure.
- Integrate enterprise financial systems and third-party services using RabbitMQ, gRPC, and GraphQL protocols.
- Optimize server-side database structures, queries, and performance across MS SQL and MongoDB.
- Maintain code hygiene through regular code reviews, CI/CD automated deployment pipelines, and unit testing.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, traders, and business leads in Zurich, Singapore, and India during Program Increment (PI) planning cycles.
- Provide dedicated level-3 support and rapid troubleshooting for mission-critical trading operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience:



10+ years in software development with at least 5+ years as a backend C# developer. Financial services or investment banking background preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant engineering field (Assumed Requirement).
- Technical Expertise: C#, MS SQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, gRPC, GraphQL, Cloud Containerization, Azure, CI/CD.
- Desirable Technical Expertise: JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, Webpack, NPM, and Azure Application Services.
- Soft Skills: Agile proficiency, solid analytical reasoning, client-centric mindset, clear written and verbal English communication.
