We are seeking a Digital Marketing Delivery Lead who can drive end-to-end execution of multi-channel digital campaigns while actively engaging in delivery and team leadership.

This role requires a strong balance of campaign ownership, operational discipline, and people leadership, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across global marketing programs.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in digital campaign execution, performance marketing, and marketing operations, along with the ability to guide teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Digital Marketing Delivery Lead, you will:

- Own end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, setup, activation, optimization, and reporting across channels.
- Contribute directly to campaign delivery across paid, social, owned, and performance channels, ensuring execution quality and efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring clarity of roles, high-quality output, and continuous development.
- Act as the primary SPOC for campaign delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Creative, Content, Analytics, Martech, and Media teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track campaign performance and drive optimization, using data and insights to improve outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and governance frameworks in all campaign activities.
- Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and resolve them proactively.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign progress, performance, and next steps.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of team members,

- Strong experience across digital channels — paid media, social, email, web, SEO/SEM, and campaign tools.
- Proven experience in executing and managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Experience managing teams and/or leading delivery pods in a global or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle, tagging, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as CMS, CRM, campaign management platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in global agencies or shared services environments
- Exposure to campaign QA, automation, and content operations
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Sprinklr, Adobe stack
- Understanding of accessibility and brand compliance in digital assets
