- B.E./B. Tech (Mechanical) from a recognized University/Institution
- 3-4 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge in Power Distribution Panels, Static Transfer Switches & LV/MV switchgear and drives
- 3D & 2D Proficiency in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of sheet metal domain; exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA is an added advantage
- Ability to specify components for control cabinets (power, control, and communication circuits, including field materials)
- Capability to solve electrical design problems and develop solutions aligned with product requirements and organizational standards.
- Understanding of international standards such as UL & NEMA.
- Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Solid team player with ownership mindset, high drive, and eagerness to learn
