About the Role

Avekshaa Technologies is seeking an experienced Presales professional who can bridge business requirements and technology solutions, drive customer engagements, support sales teams, and create compelling value propositions around Digital Transformation, Application Performance Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Observability, and Enterprise IT Performance Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-facing experience, solutioning expertise, and the ability to work closely with enterprise customers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solutioning

- Engage with prospective customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution assessments.
- Design and propose end-to-end technology solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and response documents.

Sales Support

- Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and executive-level discussions.
- Support RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
- Participate in customer negotiations and solution discussions.

Stakeholder Management

- Interact with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Engineering Leaders, and IT Operations teams.
- Collaborate with Delivery Head, TAs, STAs, to ensure solution feasibility.

Market Intelligence

- Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

- 10 12 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Technology Consulting.
- Robust understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps, SRE, APM, Observability, Performance Engineering, and IT Operations.
- Experience in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with senior leadership and enterprise customers.
- Experience in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Healthcare domains is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology.
