Job Summary:
Responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Life Insurance Advisors to achieve sales targets. Drive business growth by increasing advisor productivity, expanding the customer base, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Agency Channel focuses on building a strong advisor network and generating business through them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.
- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business goals.
- Generate life insurance business through the advisor team.
- Conduct joint sales calls and provide field support.
- Monitor advisor performance and improve productivity.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, or Sales.
- Experience in Agency Channel recruitment and sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
