Prudential Health India is a Zero to One team undertaking a no-legacy, greenfield health insurance deployment in India, building journeys that truly empathize with the customer and offer a differentiated experience.

To partner with us in this mission, we are looking for a talented Martech - Intern to join our Marketing team in Mumbai.

Your typical week will include the following:

Supporting content creation across internal and external communications, including social media, emailers, and presentations

Creating and adapting basic communication assets using design tools for different formats

Assisting in campaign execution across channels, while maintaining trackers and content calendars

Participating in quality checks by reviewing communication journeys, links, forms, and layouts to ensure accuracy

Supporting end-to-end testing (UAT) for select campaigns or communication modules before launch

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, track progress, and ensure timely execution





Supporting internal communications and employee engagement content as required

Contributing to pre-launch readiness checks and process improvements across campaigns and workflows

Tracking competitor and industry communication trends across digital platforms

Supporting reporting by compiling data, updating trackers, and preparing basic summaries

Assisting with organisation of marketing collateral, documentation, and content repositories

Supporting basic campaign performance analysis and highlighting key trends or observations

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a structured way of working
- Skilled at handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Foundational knowledge of marketing, content creation, and digital channels
- Working familiarity with social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and X
- Basic awareness of SEO and GEO concepts
- Quick learner of CMS platforms such as Strapi
- Comfortable using MS Office, Canva, and Google Workspace
- Adaptable to current tools, systems, and workflows
