- Build integrations with shop-floor equipment and PLCs via OPC UA, Modbus, or similar industrial protocols.
- Develop production tracking, quality management, downtime, and OEE reporting features.
- Design and optimize SQL Server schemas for high-volume plant data.
- Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to translate shop-floor workflows into software requirements.
- Integrate MES modules with upstream ERP/SAP systems for orders, materials, and inventory data.
- Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues across application, integration, and data layers.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Experience building REST APIs and multi-tier enterprise applications.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including schema design and query optimization.
- Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or industrial/shop-floor software is a strong plus.

- Understanding of ERP integration patterns (SAP or similar).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments.
