Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in statutory compliances, and the ability to ensure accurate financial records while adhering to applicable accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally ERP/Prime or ERP software.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, journals, ledgers, cash books, and financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances.
- Process vendor invoices and customer receipts accurately.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and reconcile GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
- Assist in timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Verify purchase invoices and ensure proper accounting of expenses.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Valuable understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Scrutiny.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime or any ERP software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, MIS Reporting).
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification: B. Com / M. Com (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3 5 years of experience in Accounts Finance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial organization.
- Experience in handling GST, TDS, vendor payments, customer collections, and bank reconciliations.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and manufacturing accounting will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and computerized accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Candidate Eligibility Selection Criteria

Employment Stability

The candidate should demonstrate a stable employment history with no pattern of frequent job changes. Preference will be given to candidates who have shown long-term commitment and consistent career progression within their previous organizations. Candidates with multiple short-duration employments without valid justification may not be considered.

Current Employment Status

Only currently employed (active) candidates will be considered for this position. Candidates who are presently unemployed, serving a prolonged career break, or not actively engaged in employment are not eligible for this role, unless specifically approved by the hiring management under exceptional circumstances.

Selection Weightage

Employment stability and current employment status together shall constitute 25% of the overall evaluation score during the selection process. Candidates meeting both criteria will receive the maximum weightage under this parameter, while those failing to satisfy these requirements may be disqualified or receive proportionately lower evaluation scores, at the discretion of the selection panel.
