Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst Programmer / Junior SQL Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in handling large-scale databases, developing complex SQL queries, and building reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate large volumes of data efficiently
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports for business and financial reporting
- Design and manage SSIS packages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Perform performance tuning and query optimization for large databases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs
- Troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolutions
- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of existing data systems
- Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows

Required Skills Qualifications





- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SQL development
- Strong expertise in:
- Writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Working with large relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Robust analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell scripting)

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience
