Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer queries via calls.

- Resolve customer concerns related to financial products and services.

- Provide accurate information while maintaining high service standards.

- Escalate complex issues when required.

- Maintain customer records and adhere to process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum HSC/Graduate.

- Positive communication skills in English.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: 16,000 18,000 per month.

- Plus Pacman of upto 2k and travel allowance of 2.2k

Shift Details:

- 5 Days Working.

- 2 Rotational Week Offs.

- Rotational Shifts (as per business requirements).
