Role Overview

Birla Precision Technologies Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to work closely with the Chairmans Office on strategic initiatives, market research, innovation, and Research & Development (R&D;) projects. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to high-impact business and technology-driven initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Sales.
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Market Research, Business Analysis, Strategy, or related functions.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing, engineering, innovation, and business strategy.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements, Competitor Intelligences and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and Support strategic initiatives and special projects driven by the Chairman’s Office.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and technology research to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze technical, commercial, and operational data to support decision-making.
- Prepare business reports, feasibility studies, presentations, and management dashboards.
- Timely Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and other business functions to drive project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones,



and key deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Support process improvement, and business transformation or cost transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing strategic recommendations and business plans for senior management.
- Undertake special assignments and projects as directed by the Chairman’s Office.
