Your Role
The Reporting Analyst for Global Alliance supports the alliance leadership by driving operational excellence, data-based insights, and executive reporting. The role involves analyzing large data sets, preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews, managing dashboards, and coordinating with senior stakeholders across global business units. The position also ensures accurate partner tagging in CRM systems and supports governance activities with country alliance teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in reporting tools, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Operational Analytical Support
- Analyze raw data sets and convert them into clear, actionable insights and reports.
- Prepare monthly review reports (both qualitative quantitative) by analyzing booking numbers and consolidating inputs from alliance teams.
- Create dashboards and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews with GSP leadership and strategic partners.
- Develop adhoc briefing documents for executivelevel meetings with partners.
Stakeholder Management
- Connect with and manage relationships with senior stakeholders (VP, CxOlevel) across Business Units and Service Lines when required.
- Conduct monthly calls and manage country dashboards for coordination with Country Alliance Managers.
Governance CRM Management
- Support partner tagging activities in THOR/SSRS by collaborating with country alliance managers and account executives to identify opportunities and ensure accurate CRM alignment.
- Support operational governance and rhythm-of-business processes for the global alliance organization.
YOUR PROFILE
Technical Skills
- Expertise in VBA Macros for automation and reporting efficiency.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM for opportunity tagging, pipeline insights, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of Power BI (is mandatory).

- Good communication skills with the ability to present insights in a clear, structured manner.
- Strong reporting knowledge and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders across geographies.
