Role & responsibilities

- Define AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize GenAI use cases based on ROI, feasibility, and impact.
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with AI Architects and SMEs to ensure technical feasibility.
- Drive product decisions such as: • Build vs buy vs partner • Model selection (open-source vs API-based LLMs) • RAG vs fine-tuning strategies • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products (accuracy, latency, adoption, cost).
- Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teams.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive AI experiences.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and executive communication.
- Ensure AI products comply with ethical AI, privacy, and security guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years in Product Management,



with solid AI/GenAI exposure.

• Proven experience launching AI or data-driven products.

• Strong understanding of:

• LLM capabilities and limitations

• AI lifecycle and deployment challenges

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to balance technical depth with business outcomes.

Additional Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related.

• 6+ years as a product manager with at least 3+ years in AI/ML/GenAI product leadership.

• Demonstrated success launching AI-driven products or features.

• Strong analytical, business, and stakeholder management skills.

• Deep understanding of AI/ML model lifecycles and data workflows
