Role Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and align HR initiatives with business objectives. The role focuses on workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, compliance, and driving a high-performance culture.

The HRBP will work closely with department heads to understand business challenges and provide proactive HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and manpower requirements
- Translate business strategy into HR action plans
- Support leadership in change management initiatives
- Identify manpower gaps and plan recruitment strategy
- Drive performance management process (KRA/KPI alignment)
- Implement employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct skip-level meetings and employee connect programs
- Drive grievance handling and employee relations
- Promote positive work culture and team synergy
- Drive goal setting and mid-year / annual performance reviews




- Ensure fair and transparent appraisal process
- Identify high performers and improvement areas
- Support PIP (Performance Improvement Plans)
- Identify training needs based on performance gaps
- Drive leadership development programs
- Facilitate internal and external training interventions
- Ensure adherence to HR policies
- Maintain discipline and conduct standards
- Monitor HR metrics: Attrition, Absenteeism, Productivity, Engagement scores
- Present HR dashboards to management
- Recommend data-driven HR interventions

Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in HR
- 8-10 years of HR experience

- Experience in manufacturing / corporate / plant HR (as applicable)
