Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager Technical to oversee the technical operations and maintenance of a premium residential property in Thane. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in electrical systems, MEP operations, statutory compliance, vendor management, and team handling to ensure smooth and effective property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day technical operations of the residential property.
- Oversee maintenance of electrical, HVAC, DG sets, pumps, plumbing, fire & life safety systems, STP/WTP, and other MEP services.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
- Monitor statutory compliance, safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Manage technical vendors, AMCs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Control maintenance budgets, utilities, and operational costs.
- Lead and supervise the technical team, ensuring high service standards.
- Address resident escalations related to technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience as a Property/Technical Manager in residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, statutory compliance, and facility management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
