Mandatory Qualifications
- Education B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS/ECE Engineering) + MBA from a Tier 2 Institute.
- Technical Skills Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and experience with technical webpage testing post-UG.
- Experience Post-MBA experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, AIEO, GEO implementation would be desirable.
- Tools Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz).
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution Develop and implement end-to-end SEO and performance marketing strategies to improve Organic Search Traffic and brand visibility.
- Technical SEO Web Management Collaborate with tech teams to oversee webpage development and testing, ensuring all site changes are optimized for search crawlers and user experience (UX).
- Performance Tracking Own key metrics including ROI, ROAS, and CPA. Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Funnel Optimization Identify leaks in the user funnel and implement A/B testing on landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external agencies, ensuring marketing goals and activities align with broader business objectives.
