Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our Mumbai office and take full ownership of our paid digital advertising activity. This is a hands-on, in-house role responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and reporting on paid campaigns across Meta and Google - with the primary objective of generating high-quality leads from UK-based business owners seeking commercial mortgages, bridging finance, development finance, and related products.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record running paid media campaigns targeting UK audiences, ideally within financial services, B2B lead generation, or a similarly regulated environment. You will work closely with the UK leadership team and be accountable for budget efficiency, lead volume, and cost-per-acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

- Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies tailored to UK business owner audiences
- Write and brief compelling ad copy and creative concepts aligned to UK commercial finance products
- Manage landing page alignment, audience segmentation, and A/B testing frameworks

PPC & Search

- Conduct thorough keyword research with a focus on UK commercial mortgage and business finance search intent
- Build and optimise Search campaigns for high-intent terms including bridging loans, commercial mortgages, development finance, buy-to-let, and related queries
- Manage negative keyword lists,



match types, ad extensions, and Quality Score improvements
- Monitor and optimise bid strategies and automated bidding rules

Paid Social (Meta)

- Build and manage Meta campaigns targeting UK business owners by demographics, interests, behaviours, and custom/lookalike audiences
- Manage the Meta pixel, conversion events, and catalogue integrations
- Develop retargeting strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- Test creative formats including static, carousel, video, and lead ads

Analytics & Reporting

- Own campaign reporting with clear commentary on performance vs. KPIs
- Track key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and UTM frameworks
- Provide actionable insight to senior stakeholders and contribute to budget planning decisions

Optimisation & Testing

- Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages to improve performance
- Identify underperforming campaigns early and implement rapid remedial actions
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices

Required Experience & Skills

Essential





- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Demonstrable experience running campaigns targeting UK audiences
- Robust PPC expertise including Search, Display, and Google Shopping/Performance Max
- Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and server-side tagging
- Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and B2B audience targeting
- Ability to manage and optimise monthly budgets at scale
- Strong analytical skills (comfortable with data, dashboards, and reporting tools)
- Excellent written English for ad copy, briefs, and stakeholder reporting
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a remote team structure

Desirable

- Experience in financial services, mortgage brokerage, fintech, or B2B lead generation
- Familiarity with the UK commercial finance market
- Experience with CRM integrations and lead tracking
- Knowledge of programmatic display or LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certified
