New Horizons Developmental Program (NHDP) is a holistic solution for children with specialneeds, It covers all developmental and behavioral concerns and is focused on the functional outcomes. Recent Horizons Child Development Centre has worked with more than 20,000 children with special needs since 2003, and NHDP has helped children to achieve outcomes faster.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for planning, development implementation of accounting systems as per accounts policies.
- Plans and defines policies and procedures for HO Centres with respect to accounts team delegation of authorities for approval of bills, cheque signing, withdrawal of cash, daily functioning, employee queries, advance, expense beyond budget, etc.
- Ensures timely and accurate finalization and closure of books of accounts and financial reporting process.
- Analyzes changes in business and accounting practices in order to anticipate potential effects on consolidated financial results.
- Ensures Timely Consolidation and closing of monthly/quarterly/ annual close of books of accounts
- Drives open,



two-way communication with Centre Heads to support the monthly/quarterly/annual close process.
- Generates prompt and accurate monthly/periodic reports and analyses as required by corporate guidelines and periodic or special reports related to accounting for both factories and corporate office.
- Establishes accounting and costing systems.

Monitor Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Verifies and signs of cheques and letters of RTGS as per delegation of power.
- Provides inputs for drafting policies and procedures for cheque returns, if any, discounts, theft, fraud , etc.
