- Monitor data center setting and infrastructure including servers, storage devices, network equipment, power, cooling, and physical security systems.
- Perform routine checks on data center hardware and physical infrastructure (racks, cabling, power supplies, UPS, generators).
- Respond to alerts, alarms, and incidents related to data center equipment and environmental systems.
- Coordinate equipment installations, moves, adds, and changes (MACs) following documented procedures.
- Assist in hardware troubleshooting by performing initial diagnostics and escalating complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data center inventory, equipment status, and operational logs.
- Ensure compliance with data center security policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Assist with physical access control to the data center, ensuring proper authorization and visitor management.
