Project/ Program Manager

The Project/ Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, process transformation, and go-to-market activities aimed at improving customer retention, NPS, and overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project execution, including requirement gathering, business case development, change requests, FSD sign-offs, UAT coordination, stakeholder approvals, and implementation
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive transformation initiatives to improve persistency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness
- Plan and execute GTM activities for current initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training programs, webinars, rollout plans, and adoption tracking
- Drive initiatives to improve renewal customer experience, NPS,



and retention outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic assessments to identify opportunities and recommend business improvements

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- 4-8 years of experience in project management, preferably within insurance or financial services
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement and business transformation
- Familiarity with UAT, FSD documentation, and change management processes
