About
DigiAlly, a Singapore-based AI and FinTech firm, is hiring a Sales Associate for outbound calling on a 2-month remote contract. Joining is immediate; we are interviewing on a rolling basis and closing the role as soon as the right candidate is identified. Freshers welcome. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Role

Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to prospects in the Indian market. Pitch the product, qualify leads, handle objections, and close conversions. Work directly with the team lead. Hit a daily target of 60 to 80 connects and weekly conversion goals. Log every interaction, lead status, and outcome in the CRM. Send timely sales reports to the team lead.

Working Hours and Market
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Target market is India. Remote, self-directed workflow with clear performance metrics.
Stipend
Competitive, disclosed during the interview.

What You Will Build
Real-world skills in pitching, objection handling, closing, and pipeline management. A foundation for a career in sales,



business development, or consulting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Final-year students may apply. Preference for candidates from Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communications backgrounds. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is
an added advantage.

What We Need From You
Exceptional spoken and written English. Clear, confident, and persuasive phone manner. Target-driven and resilient in the face of rejection. Comfortable with high-volume daily calling. Strong negotiation and closing instincts. Able to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have
Prior experience or familiarity with outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, CRM tools, call tracking software, and customer interaction.
