Thisrole holderwill be responsible for providing inputs for project cost estimates and maintaining in-house cost database. Will also support preparation of Project Work Break Down Structure, Budget and Purchase Requisitions.
- Maintain updated cost data base including durations of activities
- Draft basis & assumptions for cost estimates
- Provide inputs for project cost estimates and project budget.
- Provide inputs for preparation ofProject Work Break Down Structure
- Provide technical inputs to SAP Team for preparation of Purchase Requisitions and making service entries
- Review cost estimates prepared by external agencies and provide feedback
- Systematic documentation of cost estimates
Skill & Competencies:
- Knowledge of typical project lifecycle, offshore (including subsea)
and onshore production facilities, field development concepts and oil & gas processing
- Knowledge of cost estimating methods and Cost Estimate Classification System
- Understanding of offshore and onshore construction, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning methodologies
Education Required:
- B.E. (Mechanical/ Chemical)
Experience Required:
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas sector
- Work experience during engineering / construction / pre-commissioning, commissioning / start-up / decommissioning phases
- Knowledge of industrially accepted cost estimation software tools
