Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst specialized in MIS (Management Information Systems) and Data Insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex datasets, designing automated reporting systems, and translating raw data into actionable business insights. You will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making, ensuring that leadership has the right information at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
MIS Management: Design, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments.
Data Extraction & Cleaning: Extract data from multiple sources (SQL databases, ERPs, CRM, Excel) and ensure data integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
Dashboard Development: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel to monitor business health.
Insight Generation: Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide proactive recommendations for cost reduction, revenue growth, or process improvement.




Automated Reporting: Develop and automate recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reports to minimize manual intervention and increase efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their data needs and present findings in a clear, non-technical manner.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
12 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, or Business Intelligence roles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas).
Robust experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio).
Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell a story through data.
