Monitor and manage virtual machine infrastructure.

Provide Level 1 support for VMware environment issues.

Handle VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, and basic troubleshooting.

Monitor alerts, incidents, and service requests through ticketing tools.

Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for critical issues and escalations.

Maintain system health checks and daily operational reports.

Support backup, restore, and patching activities.

Work in rotational shifts if required.

Experience - 1 to 3 years

- Basic knowledge of VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter.
- Understanding of virtualization concepts and VM lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools.
- Positive troubleshooting
- VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation) is preferred.
