We are looking for experienced Boomi Integration Developers to develop and support a managed services engagement Management platform. The role involves enhancement and support of integration workflows embedded within a SaaS environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain **Boomi integration processes** for UKG/Kronos platform
- Handle **incident management, troubleshooting, and defect resolution**
- Perform **enhancements and change requests** for integration workflows
- Work closely with functional teams to understand business processes (Timekeeping, scheduling, payroll integrations)
- Support **month-end surge activities and operational stability**
- Ensure adherence to SLAs in a **managed services support model**
**Mandatory Skills**
- **Boomi / Boomi AtomSphere** (Integration, Process, API, connectors)
- Strong experience with **integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, data transformations**
- Experience in **support/AMS (Application Managed Services) environment**
- Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of **incident, problem, change management processes (ITIL)**
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with **SaaS-based integrations**
- Basic understanding of **GCP or cloud-hosted environments** (nice to have)
