VVIP SUPPORT ENGINEER -

JOB DESCRIPTION -

The objective is to provision specialized IT support services for our senior leadership, including the Vice Chairman, CXOs, and other critical business stakeholders. The service is expected to deliver seamless, proactive support with near zero disruption to executive productivity.
The scope broadly covers:

• End-user support for laptops (Windows and Mac OS), Tablets & mobile
devices (iOS & Android), including peripherals such as printers and
accessories. This also includes full lifecycle management (patching,
updates, and performance optimization)

• Application support for enterprise systems, including email and
productivity platforms (GWS, Microsoft 365), SAP, VPN and related tools

• Network connectivity support, covering office Wi-Fi, internet
troubleshooting and remote connectivity (home networks and travel
scenarios)

• Audio Video Conference support for boardrooms and executive meeting spaces, including video conferencing platforms - Microsoft Teams, Zoom and GMeet.

•Coverage model:




• 9:00 AM IST - 7:00 PM IST - Business hours support during weekdays
• Minimal and exception-based on-call support over weekends for critical users

• Extended support during board meetings, leadership reviews, and key
events

• Immediate response capability for P1 issues, irrespective of time
The support model is expected to include dedicated engineer delivering high - touch, relationship-driven engagement, with onsite presence at the OUC Mumbai facility (Floor 36). Additional resources at URMI Mumbai to be reviewed and confirmed accordingly.

In addition, the service should include:
• Proactive support and preventive maintenance, including regular device
health checks and performance optimization
• Pre-emptive issue identification and resolution

• Strict adherence to enterprise IT security policies, including secure
handling of sensitive executive data, endpoint protection, and compliance enforcement.
