We are looking for a Architect.

Location - Mahalaxmi and Chembur

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and models
- Support senior architects in project planning and execution
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentations
- Conduct site visits and document observations
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of building materials and construction methods
- Solid creative, visualization, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized Indian or global institution (e.g., B.Arch. / M. Arch).
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA), India.
- Certifications in sustainable design (IGBC, LEED AP, GRIHA) or project management (PMP) are preferred
