Brief Summary:

- Server installation, Administration and performance optimisation with RedHat distribution such as RHEL version 8/9/10.
- Provides technical assistance and support for applications, hardware problems.
- Innovative and talented System Administrator who will be responsible for production up-time, health check-up of physical systems. Provide 24x7 support to critical production systems and team members.
- Manage and maintain Linux based Identity Management infrastructure, managing centralised identity, authentication, authorisation, DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, and Linux client integration using SSSD, PAM, and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Manage TLS/SSL certificates, IdM CA, access policies, and troubleshoot authentication failures, Kerberos issues, and IdM client enrolment problems.
- Prepare plan of action, implement changes, document all work completed.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure, Communicate effectively while working with IT vendors ranging from hardware vendors like Dell, IBM, Cisco to software and other service providers like Microsoft, hardware partners and more.
- Require basic OS troubleshooting knowledge.




- Perform hardware and/or software upgrade and replacement services for server systems equipment.
- Should have basic knowledge of user creation, password resets, file permission management, system health monitoring.
- Installation/setup of Apache, Nginx, Tomcat basis should be known.
- Participation in Level 1 and Level 2 type activities.
- Automation Tools skill (Ansible) basis should be known.
- We require basic knowledge in vulnerability management (like VAPT) and patching.
