Role OPTICAL SALES
Role & responsibilities
- Guide patients in choosing frames and lenses as per their prescription.
- Explain lens types, coatings, and pricing to customers.
- Take accurate optical measurements (PD, frame fitting, etc.).
- Ensure product display, cleanliness, and stock management
- Maintain records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the ophthalmology team for prescription clarifications.
Requirements:
- EXP in optometry or optical sales preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in optical retail or eye care setting.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge.
- Friendly, presentable, and sales-oriented.
