Reporting to the Zonal Manager Priority North Region, the Priority Sales Manager-Noida is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. The position will be located in Noida (onsite with extensive field travel).
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Managing and growing the assigned territory by executing tactical sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Driving new customer acquisition while identifying untapped opportunities within existing accounts
- Strengthening customer relationships through value-based selling and effective negotiation to deliver win-win outcomes
- Improving sales efficiency through disciplined use of tools such as sales funnels and SFDC
- Partnering with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth operations, including payment collections and issue resolution
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to refine sales strategies and drive performance
Travel Requirement:
This is a field-intensive role involving approximately 60-70% travel within the assigned territory (Noida and the surrounding Industrial regions) . Travel is typically planned in advance, with 1-2 nights per week on average spent in the field, offering flexibility to structure visits and manage schedules effectively based on business priorities.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Willingness to travel up to 2 to 4 days per week (nights away from home)
- 8+ years of field sales experience in industrial products or capital goods. Should be familiar with Delhi, NCR and Noida territory and be able to speak the local language.
- Proven experience in direct (B2B) field sales within a defined territory
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline (or non-engineering degree with strong industrial sales experience)
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC/Salesforce) and sales funnel management
