Role & responsibilities

- Collate, integrate and analyze data from internal business sources, loyalty programs, customer and channel insights, e-commerce platforms where required, agency reports and industry data such as market share and category trends.
- Work closely with Channel Marketing teams on budget working, allocation, utilization tracking and ROI analysis across regions, channels and programs.
- Track and evaluate campaign ROI and effectiveness across ATL, BTL, Digital, Trade and Channel Marketing initiatives.
- Generate insights from various campaigns by analyzing reach, engagement, conversion, cost efficiency, business impact and post-campaign learnings.
- Translate data and campaign learnings into clear recommendations to support decisions, performance monitoring and strategic planning.
- Prepare CMO-level dashboards, executive summaries and business review inputs covering budgets, campaign performance, ROI, market trends and key opportunities / risks.
- Automate recurring reports, dashboards to improve visibility,



speed and consistency of marketing performance reporting.
- Support annual planning, forecasting and scenario analysis for marketing investments and business priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics
- 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, commercial analytics or campaign effectiveness measurement.
- Strong understanding of marketing budgets, budget allocation, campaign ROI tracking, performance monitoring and business impact analysis.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; solid command of Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Ability to convert complex analysis into simple, clear and business-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Attention to detail, ownership mindset, stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.
