Job Title: Merchandiser

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to coordinate between the production, sales, and client teams to ensure timely execution of orders. The role involves managing samples, production schedules, vendor coordination, and ensuring quality and delivery timelines are met as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with buyers/customers for product requirements, approvals, and delivery timelines.
- Manage order processing, from sampling to final dispatch.
- Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain production tracking sheets, order status reports, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate with design and production teams for new product development and sampling.
- Ensure product quality standards are met at every stage of production.
- Handle costing,



pricing, and order negotiations with vendors.
- Support in inventory and fabric coordination for ongoing orders.
- Maintain effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in Textiles / Fashion / Garment Technology / Commerce or related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in uniforms, garments, or textiles).
- Solid understanding of fabric types, trims, and garment manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
- Detail-oriented with good time management and multitasking abilities.
